For a research group in the JRC, the European Union Joint Research Centre in Ispra, a new open position as external consultant is available.
The candidate is a Remote Sensing expert with the following skills:
- IDL programming
- Linux shell scripting
- Python programming
- Knowledge of Remote Sensing tools for data processing and analysis (e.g. SeaDAS)
- C programming (asset)
Highly motivated, experience and ability in working in an international/multicultural environment, and the ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
